we have an asp website running on a windows 2003 server, I have started using

asp.net and I have a page that I want to add to a particular folder on our website

for security do I need to put the aspx file and the .vb file in that folder ?

If your using code behind pages, add the page only. You'll also need to update your DLL with the newest version.
